This proposal is for an immediately reconstructable building imagined over 24 hours.

This project is about the relationship between time & use and how a form (over the space of 24 hours) could embody the fleeting nature of the two.

The form of the building was determined by the user, The module of 1metre by a 1-metre grid of doors provided an instantly alterable framework. Doors were opened, and then doors were closed.

The nature of the building is a reflection of its contexts, rapidly changing users and their diverse uses. 

Situated on Georges Quay, Dublin this building is intended to be used by anyone who may wish to use it.
